Please attach the electronic receipt number in the email sent from Gmail. The email is in the format [GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX]. - For OneStore in-app purchases (OneStore guide)
OneStore issues a receipt for the products you purchased. You can check it by following the steps below. [OneStore > Left menu > Purchase history > Click the receipt icon] Please attach the TxID written in the receipt. -
For web payments
Please check the order number from the Toss payment history confirmation page. - For App Store in-app purchases
We cannot process cancellation directly. Please contact the App Store directly.
Article 25 (Cancellation, etc.) A member who purchases cubes or paid content (hereinafter referred to as "content") under this Agreement may cancel the purchase within 7 days from the purchase date of the content without any additional fees or liquidated damages. However, if the provision of content is delayed later than the purchase date, the cancellation may be made within 7 days from the date of receipt or the start of the provision of content. A member may not cancel the purchase under paragraph (1) against the will of the company if any of the following items are applicable. However, even if the items from paragraph (2) to paragraph (5) apply, the member may cancel the purchase if the company does not take the measures under paragraph (4).
A member may cancel the purchase within 3 months from the date the content became available, or within 30 days from the date the member knew or should have known of the fact, if the content purchased under paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) is different from the contents of the advertisement or the terms of the purchase contract. In the case of content that cannot be canceled under the provisions of each item of paragraph (2), the company clearly indicates this fact in a place where the member can easily see it or provides a trial use product of the content (allowing temporary use, providing a trial version, allowing partial use, etc.). However, if this is difficult to provide, the company takes measures to prevent the exercise of the member's right to cancellation of the content by providing information about the content. In the case of cancellation under paragraph (1) or paragraph (3) in writing, the effectiveness occurs on the day the written document containing the intention is sent. In the case of a member's cancellation, the company confirms the purchase history through the platform business operator or open market business operator. In addition, the company may contact the member through the information provided by the member to confirm the member's legitimate cancellation reason, and may request additional documentation. |
