Please attach the payment receipt information to the [Customer Center].
- Type selection: [App selection] - [Question type / Payment] - [Non-payment]
- Required information: App nickname, receipt information
How to check the receipt code

For Google Play in-app purchases (Google Play guide)
Please attach the electronic receipt number in the email sent from Gmail. The email is in the format [GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX]. -
For App Store in-app purchases (App Store guide)
You can find the order ID through the email address you entered when you signed up for iTunes or Apple. (Apple receipt number is different from Google.) Please send a screenshot showing the order ID, purchase date, and product name. -
For OneStore in-app purchases (OneStore guide)
OneStore issues a receipt for the products you purchased. You can check it by following the steps below. [OneStore > Left menu > Purchase history > Click the receipt icon] Please attach the TxID written in the receipt. -
For web payments
Please check the order number from the Toss payment history confirmation page.
